BFG,Procomp,Mickey T??

Best tire for mostly on-road driving. New england weather.
1.BFG a/t
2.procomp xtreme at
3.M/T MTX
-----------------
RIMS:
1.Procomp
2.American racing

With my truck will the hole(bead lock) style or a spoke rim look better?

on road- definitely the BFG T/A KO

wheels, up to you- i wouldn't do a bead lock unless you're going with a more 'off-road' look, and hence some M/T's

Final post before purchase!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As many of you know I have posted a lot here lately about my tire/wheel combo. Well,I think I have finally made a decision. I am going to go with:

-3" PA body lift with gap guards
-BFGoodrich Radial All-Terrain T/A-315/70/17
-17x9 Procomp 6001 series- BackSpacing: -12mm Bolt Pattern: 5x135 Offset:4.5"

Not again!!! From your post on 8-24 you made your decision. I also saw a response were you actually ordered a 3" lift and wheels and tires... Are you one of those that just likes to post all the time? I was so "looking forward" to seeing your truck with the new mods. Have you ordered(as you stated) or just perpatrating? BoB

LMAO

I ordered lift-

Still going back and forth on tires and wheels. The place im getting it done says go with procomp tires. Most of you guys say BFG. As for rims, still not sure if I want a hole(?) style rim or a spoke style rim?

Are you ordering from 4WheelParts?

If so they will push procomp because 4WP owns procomp.

Pro Comp AT tires look like pathetic street tires- scratch that, my street tires look about 100 times more aggressive than the Pro Comp ATs.

Get the BFG AT TA KOs...best all-around tire you can get.
