Gray truck with black rims

What is your opinion on black rims for my truck?
Something like the American Racing Victor?
It will be with 3" body lift and 35' tires.

YAY or NAY?

Although I like your factory wheels just fine, the American Racing Victors would look great too.

If it were my truck I personally would go with something like American Racing Torq-Thrust ST's. Now I think that would really set your truck off from the rest.

I personally like silver. These cars just don't have the amount of chrome they use to put on them.

I would have to say chrome or polished aluminum due to the light gray of your two tone paint...

Looks like those kids that wear shorts and black socks. I don't like it. Chrome or nothing.

I say black is the only exterior color for black rims. Otherwise, chrome it up.

my opinion is if there not chrome then why bother, you might as well just get a spray can of black paint and paint your stock rims cause when there black they are not noticable at all. just my 2 cents, to each his own ,buy whatever you want it's your money and your truck.

I agree with the black body and black rims look ok, IF the rims have a chrome or polished lip.

I'm a BIG fan of the black rims on these trucks. I've personally never seen one with the 2 tone like yours, but I think it would still be sweet. I also second the thought about having personal preference to the black rims with a chrome lip or partial chrome lip, like these: http://www.thewheelconnection.com/ga...rolet_aval.jpg

or these: http://www.4wheelparts.com/4wp/produ...MO&expand=sub2

The Moto Metals are probably what I'm going to end up getting on my truck, or possibly the American Racing Victor's, as they are not quite black, but seem to match the ford gray pretty closely.

well IMO, yours would look better on chrome, but if you lift it or put thick tires on, go for black

Black is The New Chrome

I say do it. As someone in the "Industry" who sees the same set ups. The black looks killer and for easy upkeep it is the way to go.
