I have an 02' sport with the 17" wheels and stock height. It's time to replace the tires and I very much like the style of the factory rims, but would like bigger tires without having to get a lift kit.

Does anyone know the maximum size I can fit on the factory 17's?

these are the rims, according to the wbesite they are 17x17.5"

ahh thank you very much that is the size from the factory so I recon thats what im staying with then.

 

I'm not sure if thats the factory tire size, but it's the biggest that you can fit without rubbing, My factory size was 255/70/16 and I now have 265/75/16

 

I have a 2002 supercrew 4wd and with the front cranked up 2 turns i was able to get on BFGoodrich Muds 35x12.5R17. Everyone thinks it has a lift but Ill keep that as my secret...lol

 

post a pic if you can, I wanna see it. yeah thats the cheapest/easiest way to stuff 35's on a stock suspension 4x4, using stock rims.

 

whats the biggest i can go on a 2003 f150 sport 2x4? stock wheels are 16". stock height. i read something about 265/75/16?
