I have an 02 SuperCrew FX4 with those same wheels. I went with the 305/55/20's. I don't have a body lift, just cranked the torsion bars. Had to do some trimming of the plastic. I imagine it would be just fine with the body lift though. I would definitely go with the 305/55's though. I like a little more sidewall though. The 60 series would put you at almost 35". I think you could fit those under there. Wandell is the major tire guru on here so you might want to send a shout out to him. He has a body lift on his 01 Screw but he's running 33's on 16x10's. As for the torsion bars, yes you can crank them at home and yes you will need an alignment afterwards. Hope this helps.
