Recommendations for new tires for 2005 F-250 4X4

Time to buy new shoes for my 2005 F-250 4X4. As are most of us, I'm looking for improvements (Larger/Better) over the stock digs, currently Michelin 265/70/17's.

My wants are simple....the best tire one would recommend (Brand name, model and size) to fit my stock 17" Aluminum rims for truck that's 100% on Road, but 20% hauling a 28 foot Glacier Bay Catamaran. Plus, would like the largest tire that would fit without modifications to the truck to prevent rubbing. See? I don't want much!

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I'd go with a quality all terrian 285/70-17 tire like the BFG AT KO, Nitto Terra Grappler, Toyo Open Country AT or Bridgestone Dueler AT.

I've had great luck with Michelins. I've used the LTX A/T and the LTX M/S. Both tires wore great. Never had to rotate or balance them.

I like the looks of the BFG All-Terrain tire. My dad has those on his 02' Stroker 4x4 and they look very sharp. Also my buddy just bought new tires for his 94 chevy 1500 4x4 and he bought BFG Mud Terrain and they look mean. His truck looks so much better with those tires on it.
