I'm not really sure about the '99 F-150's.. I would imagine there's one out there somewhere, but I've yet to run accross one. I agree with you, I wouldn't want to be the first to try something out, especially off Ebay.. I'll keep my eyes open for something. What are you trying to do, just level the truck out??

I love most moto metal rims - especially the 951's. Also the nitto mud grabblers are awesome.. I'm not sure about whether they'll rub on your truck or not -- depends on what you have 4x4 v. 4x2, leveling kit, how much backspacing on the new wheels you plan to buy, etc. What size grapplers do you plan on gonig with? I ended up putting the Iroks on my truck, even though the grapplers are sweet tires, because they were sooo much cheaper. Nitto really jacks up the price of their tires and you can nearly get the same look with Swampers or some other MT.

Keep us posted with what tire wheel combo you end up going with and if there's any rubbing..

Sweet, I'm glad I could help. This board was huge when I did my install last week -- So I figured I'd post the pics to help others out. Let us know how it goes. I'm sure it will be fine, but little things pop up along the way... Hope that 30mm bolt comes off easy...

Nope, it's only a 4x2 -- got an awesome deal on it and we already have a 4x4 truck - so I said what the heck and bought it anyway.. I find that I don't really use the 4x4 in the old truck that much anyway here in Florida. I'm planning on moving out to Colorado next year when I finish law school, so I'm sure I'll be cursing the 4x2 when I get there in the snow, etc..

As far as clearance, I was shocked to be able to get this tire combo on there with just a 2.5 autospring on a 4x2, but it definitely works -- no rubbing whatsoever. Also, I went on a 100 miles trip last night to visit the fam in North Florida, and it rode great on the highway at 75 mph - just very loud...

The tires are Radials... I heard they last longer...

Thumbs up looks awesome

PJ- Are you a teacher? Your step by steps are very helpful. If you're doing anything to your truck wait for PJ and he'll have better instruction than the factory! Looks great man keep it going\!

Cool man, radials are def. gonna last longer, I have a 4X4 (02) and am looking at an 04 4X2 same color as yours I just didn't see a sticker so I was curious.
