The 04's are just like the 05's, if you have a 4x4 and are going to run the 285/65/20 tire you will need at least a 2.5" level kit. Mine with the 2.5" AS rubbed backing up at full lock until I trimed the wheel well lip at the back with a utility knife.

As for the rear end, there are many options. If you don't plan on towing much I'd go with a taller block. I pull a 20' boat and wanted it level while towing, hence the AAL.
