315/75/16 as recommended by Wandell, now what tire

I'm looking to sit my f150 on a 35" tire, as it's going up 3" body. Now I'm looking at what tire to put it on. The Goodyear Wrangler MTR looks promising, but is 900 bucks shipped. What to do, what do you guys recommend

Are you looking for a MT? Check out the BFG MT KM, Toyo MT and Mickey THompson MTZ and the Pro COmp MT.

Not sure what I'm looking for. Something that will get me 40k-50k miles, be good on road, and off road. I don't do THAT much offroading. Just looking for a good tire, noise isn't a big problem either, I wouldn't mind a bit of noise.

You will probably be happier with an all terrian tire.

If you are looking for a MT check out Maxxis Buckshots. They wear really good for a MT. I know a guy who has about 45k on his with a good bit of tread left. They go for $500 a set around here.
