thanks joker, you inspired me to get them...when I saw them on your truck I was like yep...those are the baddest rims out...besides they are huge....are you still running the stock brake system? EVERYONE is telling me to upgrade, and I actually can tell a difference, meaning a loss, in stopping power.....also how much did you pay to have the momo on each rim painted red?

yep still running stock brake system, had no problems yet, but I want to do it sometime in the future. I really dont see any diffrence in stopping power, but I do have a Reg Cab truck, which probally weights less. I had a friend do the powder coat on the MOMO letters for free. Should not be expensive. Im going to get a Crew cab when I come back from Iraq, and yep I will keeps the wheels!! I like how yours looks , bad a$$

I think thats what he did, but they had to tape the whole wheel up so the powder wouldnt stick to any other part of the wheel except the MOMO.
At first I used the touch up paint they sell at auto zone, and painted it, but every time I went to the car wash it would peel it off if I sprayed directly on the MOMO. I would try to do that, just clean the MOMO with alcohol or something so it would stick better. It should be fine. Powder coat would be more expensive I think.

Arrow

thanks for the quick response...he is quoting at me at $325, but that includes the king ranch colored powder that he would have to order...unfortunately I have to pay for the minimum order of 5 pounds of powder @ $125 + $10 per foot (referring to the removable pieces at the end of each blade) x 20 feet, five for each wheel, it brings me to a grand total of $325...I'm going to try to get him to powdercoat the momo letters for free too...since I'm already paying a lot...It will probably be an early January experiment...but I will definately keep you posted...yours looked so good...sorry for stealing a piece of your originality....take it as a compliment....later bro

ps....thanks for holding it down in iraq...hope you come back soon
