Standard & Radial tires...

I am looking to get these irok tires, 1 is standard i believe, and the other is radial...whats the difference?? here is the link

Radial tires have cords that run radially across the tire. Bias ply tires have cords that run around the tire. Bias ply tires are usually "tougher" and perform better off road. Radials perform much, much better on the highway. Bias ply tires tend to flatspot overnight and wander on pavement.
