Toyo is the parant company of Nitto. The Toyo Open Country AT's and Nitto Terra Grapplers are even made in the same plant. I don't know if I would agree that the Nitto is a "cheap" tire made by Toyo however. Both have proven to be excellent tires.

 

Where exactly did you find these tires for that price? The only place I've seen them advertised so far is on ebay and they're nowhere near that cheap.
