Anyone running 35" tires on these wheels?

I need some quick input - I've gone through my first set of tires and I'm planning to buy a new set this week.

I have a 2004 FX4 with 2" AS on the front. I'm currently running 325/60/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers, but would like to go a bit larger (mainly taller).

I'd like to run 35" tires (either 325/65/18 or 35/12.5/18) but I'm not sure if they will fit without a lift. I know several posters have shown pics of theirs with 35" tires on stock rims, but I'd like to know if anyone has pics of 35" tires on these wheels with only a leveling kit:

Thanks in advance for any input!

BTW - the Nitto's lasted just over 50K miles, mainly highway with no problems. I've heard a lot about how fast they wear, but mine did pretty well.

I don't think you will be able to fit 35's without lifting you truck more.

Wandell... a little off topic but did you have to regear with your new wheels and tires? I'm looking at putting 35" tires on my '07 F-150 with a 5.4 Triton and I was curious about the gearing situation.

Any ideas?

I think these guys did 35's with only a 2"AS (no lift kit), but I'm hoping they can chime in with some details - any rubbing, other issues?

I believe those are with 2.5" AS and stock rims.

I have those rims on my 04 4x4 screw. They were on the truck when I bought it. It currently has 33"s and I will be installing my 2.5" leveling kit sometime this month. After that I plan on installing 35"s I'm positive they will fit with the leveling kit.

I have the blitz and 35's

I have the MB blitz 18" and Nitto TG 325-65R-18's on my 2004 FX4 Screw with an AS 2.5" only. There is definately some rubbing. I trimmed, and the only rubbing is really when I am backing up at a hard angle. If I was going to do any offroading, I probably would not want 35's. I think they look great (just like the link above to the silver truck), and the rubbing is minimal when just driving around town. I also added a AF1 3.25" and Troyer tuned XCal 2 to get some power back that I lost with those big suckers.

Thanks for the info guys. I think the 35's would fit also, since they're only 1.5" taller than my current 325/60/18 tires, and not any wider at all.

I'm a little concerned about them looking "stuffed" in the wheel wells and looking too big for the truck. The pics look good in the links above, but it's hard to tell without seeing it in person.

They will fit but be prepared for some rubbing issues, mostly when making sharp turn's. Worse when backing. Don't even think about going offroad. 35's on the stock wheels will give you a little more room. I had my 35's on aftermarket wheels for about 4k miles and ended up putting some 33's on. A 305x65x18 which is close to 34" is the way to go if you can live with an all-terrain tire.

yes they will rub.as of previous post have said. I'm running 2.5 leveling kit,
35x13.5x18 procomp AT xtreme on maxx 6 rims. I had to cut inner fender one inch and round off front valance As previous post will not be able to off-road with 35's.

I think the 305/65/18 BFG AT is looking like the way to go...
