BFG 285 -65 x 18

Does anyone have what these tires translate to in inches? They are the biggest Tires Plus sells for an 18 x 7.5" rim and i am going for the all powerful Daystar 2.5" lift as well. My truck is a 2wd as well, so i may block the rearend to keep it from looking like a reverse stinkbug

Streetstar, those tires ought to look good on your truck. You may want to check out the autospring leveling kit's because they are a lot easier to install. The Daystar's are harder to install even though I've been satisfied with mine.

I agree.Tire sizes are always rounded up to the next whole number, so they are essentially a 33x11.50-18 tire.

Great tires, I love mine, also have a 2WD and a 2.5" leveling kit. getting the 1/5" AAL for the back in a couple weeks, fronts a little higher than the rear after the alignment.

Man! my truck is black too ! what a perfect response!

Only difference is your bed is a little bit longer than mine --- my truck is a Supercab, but has the stubbed off 5 1/2' SCREW bed on it

Its rare to see a lifted 2wd (or any 2wd) in CO -- are you originally from Cali. ?

BTW --- did u notice any difference in your EDGE system from stock?

Yes, I bought the truck in CA before I moved to AZ then onto CO. LOL, it's rare just to find 2wd's out here sometimes.

As for the Edge, probably still my favorite mod. With the larger tires I am a bit slower off the line, but I was expecting that. If you want I was going to wash the truck on Sunday if the weathers OK, I can shoot a better pic of the tires/spacer if you like.

The Rugged Trails are cheap tires, don't judge the line based off of those.
