Steering wheel shimmy/vibration

I have a 2005 f150 xtra cab 2wd and i recently put on a ncd leveling kit and some 17x8 pro comp 7089 and 285/70/17 kumho road venture a/t. right after i left the tire place i noticed a shimmy in my steering wheel between 60 and 70 mph, i took it back to them and they rebalanced the front tires but it still does it. does anybody have any idea what the problem is. and yes i did have an alignment done after the leveling kit install.

Have them do it again or go to a different shop.

Try rotating the tires...you may have a wheel/tire that can't be balanced, and moving it to the rear will give you an indication of that.
