Lift new tires and gears on my 2001 Screw King

Looking at doing a lift, new tires and gears on my 2001 Screw King.

Can any one tell me how big of tire I can put on the stock 17” rims? How wide are my rims 8”?

After I figure out how big of tire I can put on my rims then I will need to know how high I need to lift the truck to get the tires under it, and what to use to lift the truck.

After that I will want to change the gears in the differentials. I want to be running about 2700 to 2800 rpm at 75 mph. With a limited slip in the front or some kind of locking front differential.

I am sure someone out there has done this a time or two that can help me make this Screw King climb and go through the sand and mud.

Right. I'd suggest going with a 6 inch Fabtech or 5 inch RCD lift with a set of 35x12.50 tires on a 16x10 or 18x10 inch wheel.
