JJM...you like your silent armours? I have read mixed reviews on them. Seems people either love them or hate them. I like goodyear tires so I think I tend to listen to those who like 'em!!!

mt_b8,

Where did you buy your 20x9 MM951's and 305/50/20 Nitto TG's? That's the same set up I want. Do you have any rubbing problems?

Hey Funtuff...when you get customs, you gonna sell those factory 20's? Truck looks nice, by the way! I almost had a blue one, but they sold it out from under me...so I ended up with a shadow grey FX4 instead...

I am selling my factory 20's on ebay. They have less then 800 miles on them before I lifted the truck. The tires and wheels are in great condition. No scuffs, no dents, no plugs.

I got my wheels and tires from TOMZWHEELS, an ebay store, They are located in Belton TX. Tires and wheels mounted and balanced + tax shipped to my door for $2200. RIMZONE, another ebay store is probbably closer to you and run about the same. You could run a 305/55/20 easily, and it would probabbly look better than the 305/50's. I have a 4x2, so I played it safe with the 32x12.50. I have no rubbing, my wheels have 30mm offset.

remindersrus,

Thanks for the compliment. I haven't given it much thought, but I guess I will. No need in keeping them around. I grabbed the last blue one on the lot. The Shadow gray was my second choice.

mt_b8,

Thanks, I'll check them out. I couldn't tell you have a 4x2. The truck looks nice.

My monthly comission check is next week and I had set money aside from it to pick something up...any idea what shipping cost would be to OHIO when shipped to business address (zip code would be 44057)? I may be interested...

Ups.com quoted me $248.00 to a business address. I'd be willing to go $900.00 shipped. You can check it out, my zip is 78375.

You said they have about 12K on them but they are in excellent condition? How much tread life do you figure they still have left in them?

I would say 30,000 miles left in the tread, that is if you rotate every 5000 miles or so. My email is mt_b8@yahoo.com, send me a request for some photos and then i will email you some.

Hey MT...I actually use extended run, MObil 1 full synthetic oil and do an oil change and tire rotation religiously every 5K. So that wouldn't be a problem. Check your email, I sent you a message.
Thanks,

I've got the oem 20's w/ perelli's and it rides like a luxury car, wife loves it. Problem is it's 4 ply so off road is iffy. Plus I blew 1 at 1200 miles on a rock to the sidewall. I've also got Revo's on an Excursion and 16" is a little stiff, not too bad but nothing as smooth as the Perelli atr.LOL

I have the Pirelli Scorpion ATX tires, not sure if they are the same as yours. I had the 18" BFG's on there before and I know that the BFG's road much better. I think mostly because of the taller side walls with more give in them. What I don't like is the steering nibble that I think the Pirelli's are giving me. I am hoping they wear out fast.
