changing pads on an 06

i am tires of the dust so i am changing my front pads to the carquest blue semi-metallic......my question is, will and grease work between the pad and calipar or do i need "brake pad" grease.....in the past pads i have bought came with the grease....i got home and these dont have any.......i do have some high temp grease on the shelf in the garage and was just going to use that........also if there are any pointers i need......feel free to chime in........thanks

i think you are refering to anti-squeel compound. dont use it
