trade stock for 35" tires

My brother called me and said his friend has 17x8 rims and 35" cooper tires and he willing to trade even up for my stock 18" tires. His tires are less than a year old and my truck only has 10,000 miles on it. I put my stock tires on for winter. Hes trading his truck in next month. He sold his original stock tires. and he wanted know if I want them. WHAT SHOULD I DO and what would you do.

My summer tires are 35x13..5x18 procomp x-treme AT with hallo maxx 6 18x9 rims which I had planned putting back on this weekend. but now truck won't start. I had the repairs done and I tryed to install my tunes again and now truck won't start. I'm calling troyer performance today. I had back IMRC valve.
