Post 305/70R17 Size Question...

i just noticed that nitto terra grapplers came in 305/70R17...can i fit those on a stock 2003 F150 FX4 with the torsion cranked...

I've heard of some people doing it, look at some of the posts I've had. After a few email conversations, I'm going to try it. I think the trick is keeping the stock wheels to make it work here's some pics of that setup

Ya... You can do it. One of the members on here is running that size on his stock rims. Its an '03 FX4. Ill be doing that with my next set of tires too.

sorry I misread what you wrote, the links I posted were 315/70/17, yes the 305's will fit with just TB, but you might have to trim some of the lower valence.

yeah you can fit em......and Yes I will be doing the same as Ross, I am getting 305's as my next set as well, I wish I would have this time around.......

I got the same size in buckshots. They fit with the tbars cranked. They rub in reverse at a certain angle, but if you trim that little bumper it will fit.
