Removal of rounded bleeder

Does anyone have any pointers to removing a "rounded" bleeder valve? The right-rear was the only valve that was completely rounded. Obviously a wrench no longer works and I tried vice-grips. Is there a trick without having to pay someone to remove it for me? I have a replacement ready to go if only I could get it out. Also, after I remove it and replace it, should I bleed all the brakes again, or only that line (for air)?

spray some penitrating fliud into the valve and let it sit for 10 minutes or so. then lightly tap the valve on the top with a small hammer then try the vice grips again. usually works for me. make sure you put a cap on the new one so it doesnt happen again
edit:you should only haveto bleed that line

Excellent. Thank you very much. I wasn't sure if it was safe to spray the penetrating fluid on the valve, that's why I asked first!
Ok on bleeding only that line. Thanks for your help.
