I am looking at the Toyo Open Country AT 285/75/18 or Toyo MT in a 275/70/18

Will these tires fit with out rubbing issues?

I have a 2006 FX4 with 2 inch leveling kit. I will be going with an 18 x 9 wheel with as close to stock offset as possible.

The other tire that was in the running was the Mickey Thompson ATZ that are suppose to becoming out in a 305/65/18 but no word on when they will be available.

Hard to say. Those are some odd sizes. You will probably be ok with the 305/65-18's if the wheel has enough backspacing.
