Wheel Offset?????

Wheel Offset?????

i got a 99 f150 4x4 with 3in body lift......i'm wanting to put 16in Helo Maxx6 Blakc with the chrome ring around them......except i'm wanting my tires to stick out the side instead of them not stickin out past the fender wells.......so i was wondering about what offset to get

here's the link http://www.4wheelparts.com/PDT71788.aspx it says they are -25mm offset......what does that mean

That works out to be 4.52 inches of backspacing which is almost identical to the OEM wheel's 4.5 inches of backspacing. That means the wheel will stick out 3 inches farther than the OEM 16x7 wheels. The edge of your tire wheel will be about even with the edge of your fenders. My wheels have the same specs if you want to see. Just click the little camera icon to go to my gallary.

Thanks Wandell..........by the way you got a pretty sharp truck......i like it alot better with those 315's
