Can I go any wider than the 325/60 without stretching the tire too much?

I would agree that the 325 is as wides as I would go. I rub at full lock on the upper A-arms.

Probably a stupid question, but when you say full lock you mean turning the steering wheel as far left or right and they rub right?

If you had the option of trading your factory 20's for a 17x9 with 315/70/17 on them, would you do it? I would be gaining extra width and height from my stock tires. Would be an even swap.

Yes, when I turn the steering wheel all the way to one side it rubbs. I would not trade my 20's for 17's due to my preference. I had a 2002 Screw with 315/70/17 BFG's and liked it, but I really like the look of 20's and 35's. If you get a chance my old gallery is under the name AZScrew.
