Your speedometer is controlled by the PCM so your best choice to get it calibrated is going to the dealership and them reflashing/programming it to the tire size.

the dealer can only recalibrate your pcm to a certain tire size-- its maximum size is roughly 32.5" I believe a 325/60R20 is a 35" tire- the only way you're gonna get your speedo and tach back into spec is with a tuner.

u need to decide what you want your truck for.

if you want pure speed and power probably go with xcal

if you want power and abillity to monitor a lot of vitals, go with the edge.

i'm biased so wait for someone to chime in on the xcal

I like the edge b/c of the features but dont want any issues, also I like the xcal II, but dont want to wait, b/c IMHO even with the best tunes these trucks will still be slow, so I need to decide

XCAL II - It helped rid my truck of the slow feel it had. Improved throttle response and new shift points will give you a new attitude about your truck. It really wakes the truck up and gets it moving better !

Speedo recalibrator from Ford Motorsport or a few others, about $100 and is fully adjustable for all types of mods, gears, tires, wheels whatever. I know there are 2 types, one's a 2000 and older and the other is 01 and newer but to how much newer, I dunno. The dealer was useless to me otherwise, like I was speaking chinese or something.
