Dune Grappler?

This looks pretty sweet, but is the dune grappler just for looks, or will it suffice as a descent tire? Anybody have these? Tread life/highway noise? Thanks fellas.

The DG's were designed for sand traction, with decent offroad capabilities. There is no siping for wet on road conditions. If you are mainly on road I would look somewhere else.

I had them and would not recommend them. They look pretty good and are very quiet on road but they wear down way too fast. Unless sand is your main focus I would definitely go a different way.

Sweet looking tire but they wear VERY fast!! A buddy of mine bought them and was kicking himself 20k miles later when he had to shell out a grand for 4 new tires! He switched to Terra Grapplers and has had great luck with them.
