Nope, you'll be ok. Nothing needs changing. It should look great! Hell, once you put them on you might even want to lower it. And what kind of f150 is it? I have a 2003 supercrew on 20's, still wish i would have got the 22's though.

It has nothing to do with th rims. It is your final diameter of the rim/tire combo which will determine if you need to do anything. Smaller than OE diameter tires and you may want to do something to correct the speedometer. Larger than OE diameter and you may want to o something for the speedometer and lost power.

I have 22's on my truck, and I didn't have to change a thing. I did get the short sidewall tires to keep the final diameter the same, so the speedo and everything is the same. Also the only thing i noticed about driving is that the tires provide a TON more grip when accelerating and cornering. This is because they are 9.5" wide though and that's a lot of rubber on the road

i went with 20"s i kept the overall diameter the same and even if your overall diameter is abit larger a tuner can fix that for you so the speedo is still dead on.

How did you go 20's and keep the same diameter?

An example would be OE tire of 265/70R17 replaced by a 295/50R20. Both have a final diameter of 31.61".
