Pro comps on stock rims

Pro comps on stock rims

Would the (33x12.50R17) Pro Comp. Mud terrain tires be a good fit for my 3" Body lift on My 1999 2wd 17"stock rims? but im soon to get the Mickey Thompson wheels right around Nov. or Dec.and im getting them from 4wheelonline.com buy 3 get 1 free, if anybody knows a better deal or better tire please let me know

and Sorry with all the newbie or unexprience questions, ive just worked really hard for all the money to finally get what i wont done to my truck and its took about a year, i dont wont to mess it up.

Yes. Even though your 17x7.5 inch wide wheels are 1/2 inch narrower than recommened for a 12.50 inch wide tire, you will be fine. Several people are running similar combo's with no problems.

like wandell said... its will work.. but if your going to go with mud terrain... i would strsay away from pro comp.... if you want a good mud terrain id go with bf goodrich... or even better goodyear wrangler MT/R... that is a nice looking tire.... the pro comp mudders wear way to quickly... and arent really worth the dough....

Yea. I was thinking about actually getting the bf goodrich but they cost alot,ive been making money for myself for a while now, but if you know a good place with a good price. ill be happy to get those tires.

Look at the Pro Comp Xtreme AT's. I just put on 305/65/17's (33x12.5) on 17x9 wheels. They are a great combination of an aggresive but quiet on road tire.
