tire/wheel fitment question?

OK, I have searched and searched but I must not be using the right terms.

Heres what I need help with. I am currently running some 18x8.5 aftermarket wheels with some 285/65/18 BFG's All Terrains. Its with the stock suspension and there is no rubbing so far. I want to upgrade to a 18x10 wheel with a backspacing of 4.5". Does this fit? If not, would cranking up the torsion bars help get me enough clearance or is a lift better.

Truck: 1998 F150 5.4 4x4 extended cab with stock suspension

Yes, they will fit but you will have to trim a little plastic off the front bumper's lower valance.
