BFG all-terain kos

I am leaning towards a set of bfg ats in 285/70/17s lt series for my 02 screw.my dad had these on an international scout for almost 15 years!!he always balanced/rotated them every 6k religouisly and they lasted damn near forever!!!Im looking for a quiet tire that as that i spend 95% of my time on the road any input?

i had them on my ranger got 60k outta my 245's they aint real loud in my opinion, but just rotate every other oil and you'll be fine, my buddy got almost 50k outta his set on his crew superduty. one of the best AT's available IMO.

They are a great tire IMO,Expensive though.
I have had a set for about 25,000 miles and they still have lots of tread.I would expect to get 40,000+++miles out of them if i left them on.

I love mine. I got over 56,000 miles out of a set and sold them and bought a larger set. They still had plenty of tread.

BFG AT's, ride and handle good on pavement and do pretty good off road too for an all-terrain tire.

I have that exact size on my Screw and wish I had gotten Revos instead. I really dislike the wet and snow performance. It was a great tire 15 years ago, but competitors have surpassed them. I still think they look the best, though.
