20-22's ?? whats up

I like a nice set of wheels so im not gonna go cheap on the pick out of wheels, but as far as size and selection what would you go with. i dont have yet but im gettin a lowering kit to lower the truck 2.5- 3 adjustable in the fron and 3.5-5 in rear and im a fan of the whole 4x4 style wheel but im also a performance kind of guy so i like the old street rod style wheel with a little tire not rubber band tires. what would be my best bet as far as something not alot of folks would have and would still be styleish. anytrhing is good, thanks D.J.

If you like more sidewall height, you're probably better off going with 20's. 22's look nice on this truck, but the tire choices that are out there leave you with some fairly "short" sidewall heights.

I have 305/40/22's on my '05 -- check out my gallery to see some photos if you like.

If you are going to lower the truck, then go with 22's.

Sweet truck ddellwo!! I've been thinking about bulking up on my tires a bit next time. I like the way it fills out the wheel well. did you have to recalib. your speedometer when all was said and done???

skrbls07fx2...
