Will they fit with just a leveling ket?

Ok, after calling several local suspension shops I found out they all wanted $2500+ and some point they said $3800 for a 6" lift. One of them even told me I had to buy rims right then and there or I wont be able to drive off with the stock rims. I even asked how much to just install a suspension left if I bought it and they both said $900.
After hearing all that I no longer want to put a suspension lift into my truck anymoe. So heres my question. Would I be able to fit KMC XD Monsters 20x10 rims with 33" terra grapplers which will probably be 12.5" wide on my 2007 2wd f150 XLT Supercab? I currently have a leveling kit already installed on my truck. Will I have to add spacers to pop the tire out to free up some space so they wont rub? Or will I have enought clearance with just the leveling kit. How much are these spacers and what will it cost to install them at a shop, the average price?

Here are some specs I got for the rim. The 6x135 bolt pattern being for the F150 I have.

Bolt Pattern & Offset
5x135 - 5x5.5/139.7 -12
6x135 - 6x5.5/139.7 -12 <_____-12 being the offset for my rim size.
8x170 -12
8x6.5/165 -12

This being the rim I want

Keep close to a 6" backspacing with a 2.5" level and your golden.

With a 2wd, it will be close on aftermarket wheels.

X2! 20x10 will indeed be a tight squeeze! I'd recommend you look at 20x8.5 or 20x9 wheels. I'm sure Wandell will chime in soon, but I don't think it's going to work without some trimming and even after that, you may have some rubbing. I'm not to crazy about wheel spacers.

Thanks for everyones reply. I was waiting a couple hours for a reply, but nothing ever came so I took off but forgot my wallet. I figured if I'm already here I might as well check if anyones commented. Thanks again.

I just going to give my truck an off road look and go with Mickey Thompson Classic Lock 17x9. They're on sale for $813 shipped.
