Tie question for F250

My dad is going to be needing new tires for his 2005 F250 pretty quick. He was thinking about going from a 265/70/17 to a 285/70/17. What would you guys recomend? The only problem is that most of the tires in this size are not the load range E rated tires. Do you think it would be ok to go to a load range D? I know that nitto terra grapplers come in a 285/70/17 in load range E but can't really find to many others.
Also does anyone know what the load range is on the bridgestone dueler A/T revo in 285/70/17?
Thanks

For a 250, stick with the LR E. Especially if you carry heavy loads or tow.
