Rounded bleeder

Hey all, I had a really rusted and corroded bleeder valve that is not budging on my right front disc brake, I plan to get it out tomorrow with a pair of vice grips and some penetrant. Question is does anyone know how/where to get a replacement bleeder valve? Advanced auto or Ford dealership? Part#'s??

Find some ZEP-45 penetrating oil, its the best one I've ever seen. Bang on the bleeder (lightly) to try to get the rust broken. Hammer on any socket you can make fit and give it a good crack on the ratchet handle. Bring what's left of your old bleeder screw to any auto parts retailer, they should all have a selection of bleeders in stock.

Does advance auto parts deal with that sort of part?

Any auto parts should have a selection. Just take the old one with you to match it up.

id pick up a set of the craftsfan bolt outs. best 20$ youll spend.

Thanks guys! I just need to get this fixed because I have a trip home near THanksgiving from college with is just over 200miles, and this caliper is giving me trouble, so i need to bleed and look at!

Thanks, and I will be doing some work today!

Hey folks just wanted to say thank you! I went to Napa got PB blaster and a new bleeder screw, hit the old one with it, turned vise grips on it and boom out it came! Very rusted and nasty. Put new one in, bled it, done deal! Hopefully this will solve some problems.

Rotor turned fine with very little resistance when it was off the ground, tried with tire on, same thing, so hopefully it was just a freak little incident from not driving my truck a whole lot and i just had a sleepy caliper.
