replaced rear driver side w/ spare, now wheel studs are stripped

I replaced my rear driver side tire with the spare a few days ago and tightened the lug nuts by hand till they seemed pretty tight. Last night and today especially I was getting some real bad vibrations on that tire. The lug nuts were literally about to fall off. It looks like the spare wore down the wheel studs completely at the base. The stud holes on the spare have been worn down as well. What exactly do I need to replace? The entire wheel hub, or can I replace the studs themselves? I guess I shouldn't use the spare wheel anymore either right?

You can just replace the studs. I'd replace the spare wheel also.
