one more 20 inch whining question, help!

Ok, I'm pulling the tigger on some new tires, need some help, wife sick of me sitting onthe computer. I want a mean looking tire, one that fills up the well on my leveled 2004 screw. I drive in the city and do some tight turns to park, u-turns, etc, but see some snow, a little off roading but not mud. I am not crazy about rubbing or stressing the truck out. I was hoping 305/60/20 might be the ticket, but since it looks like they rub, 285/65/20 might be the way to go. When guys say they get rubbing, is it the type that would be embarrasingly loud to those in or out of the truck? I am now leaning toward the BFG 285's since they probably also wear long. I love a wider tire, but wonder if I ought to compromise with the 285's for the long haul. I also had been looking at the Cooper 305/55/20 LTZ's but think I would prefer a taller tire that fills up the well better. Sorry about the long post, but at $1300 plus dollars I'll be living with the outcome for awhile!

yea i would go with the bfg 285 60 20 if you don't want any rubbing issues
i went with the 325 60 20 and the are really to big if you have to make tight turns a lot go with the 285
I hear ya on the $

These are Cooper Zeon LTZ's 305/55/20, the truck is stock height, in my opinion, if your truck is leveled these will not fill the fender like you probably want. The do rub at full lock but is does not cause any problems. The 285/65/20 may be the best choice for you.
