How bad will 305-55-20 BGF AT's Rub

I have the same size on stock 20's on my 07 4x4, they rub the control arm at full lock, its minor though. Its the width that causes the rub not the height. My truck is stock height and there are no issues with the diameter of the tire. A leveling kit will not correct this minor rubbing issue, 2 or 4 wheel drive. Good luck.

When I first put the tires on I installed a 1/4 spacer which took care of the rub all together, but, the shop could not get a terrible shake out of the steering wheel. When I got up to 40 mph the wheel was about to shake out of my hands. They worked on it all day long and could never get it right. I told them to take the spacers off and after that it was smooth as silk at 75 mph. I wasnt crazy about using a spacer on my $40,000 truck anyway but I really wanted the tires on my truck so I was willing to try. When I say they rub at full lock it is so minor that it is not an issue at all. I can back the steering wheel off a 1/4" and the rub is gone. It does not cause any problems what so ever. As far as the leveling kit goes, the kit will not change the position of the control arm so it will not correct the rub. Its the offset of the OEM 20's, they are tucked in just a hair too much for the width of the 305's
