2008 F150 coming..7 bolt pattern? help

Hey all

Anyone seen or know if the 2008 F150 with the heavier payload package has a 7 bolt pattern? I'd like to mount my 6 bolt pattern FX4 18 inch rims on this machine........ anybody used adapters?

Thanks a bunch!

This package isn't anything new. Goes back to 97 or so. As for rims, you wont be putting your 6 lugs on. There are a couple companies that make a rim or 2 for the 7 lug, but you'll need to do some searching to find those. I just can't remember who they are....

Old thread but needs a bump, I have an 08 F150 Fx4 with trailor tow package. Does my truck still have the 6x135mm bolt pattern?

I have an '05 F150 4wd extended cab 8ft bed and it too has 7 lug wheels. The trade off is I get 4.10's stock and a much higher payload and GVWR than the rest of you...bbwwahahaah j/k Centerline makes a ton of stuff for that pattern and they are super high quality forged wheels to match that increased capacity.

'04 and newer body styles need at least 17" wheels to clear the brakes.
Pacer and Ultra only make those 7 lugs in 16".
