Lightbulb Want Bigger than 275/65-18 for '05 FX4

Hello everyone,

I currently have a 05 FX4 4WD that has 275/65R18s. I want to get the biggest tires without leveling or other mods. Can someone help me out?

If I do go with leveling, what is involved in the installation? Is it difficult or time consuming?

Thanks alot,

Chris Armstrong

Without a leveling kit you can run 33x12.50-18's using your OEM wheels. With a leveling kit you can fit 35x12.50-18's using your OEM wheels.

Talking Thank you

Wow...how did figure that out so quickly....is there some kind of calculator out there or something? What about the leveling...is that difficult? Finally, how much bigger would a 33 be than my current tire? Thanks again and for the quick response.

Leveling kit install is easy. 2 hours tops. Search springbender. He has a link on his web page for his kits on ebay . A hell here is the link. Save you some time. http://motors.search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZsprngbender

Hey Wandell,

Is this All-Terrain T/A® KO LT325/65R18/D the same as 35x12.50-18?
I dont see that size listed. I have a 2" leveling kit on and was wondering what sizes would fit my stock 18" rims without any rubbing.

Thanks.

Just to confirm

Irish,

To so I don't buy something online that isnt going to work. For my truck I could do:

A 2 inch lift/leveling, like you have, and 325/65R18 (these are 35s?)
or 305/65R18, without the lift/leveling (these are 33s?)

a 325/65/18 is a 35x13.00 that is gonna be pushing it on your stock rims. Stick with a 35x12.50 tops for stock rims. and a 305/65R18 is basically a 34x12.50 and is a great size for stock rims and a leveled 4x4.
