2001 4x4 Supercrew tire recommendations

I recently purchased a blacked out 2001 4x4 supercrew. I have the stock 255/70/16's and it looks ridiculous. There is ALOT of space. I've done some research on here but I still wonder about the biggest tire size to put on the vehicle stock. I'm looking towards 33's or maybe even 34's. Like i said there is a large amount of space from the stock tires. I cant tell if the torsion bars have been cranked or not. I want to do either 305/70/16's or 285/70or75/17's with black wheels. Is there any other good combinations, or good body lift kits out there? Pictures with 33's and stock trucks would be awesome too!

I'd suggest going with a 305/70-16 (33x12.50) or a 325/60-18 (33x13.00) tire on a 10 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing. You will have to trim a little plastic off the front bumper's lower valance to fit this combo at stock height. I suggest a 16 or 18 because there seems to be a better tire/wheel selection in those sizes than 17's. I have pics in my gallary of my Screw at stock height with 33's and with a 3 inch body lift and 33's and 35's.
