I don't think they will work, looks like they are 15 inch/5 lug wheels, I think on '04 and up you need at least 17's and the bolt pattern is 6-135. Having said that, you could probably put together a similar setup - but with the right wheel size etc. at tirerack.com or discountiredirect.com.
