back spacing question

No, less backspacing pushes the wheels farther out. More backspacing pulls them in. You are right about possibly eliminating rubbing in one area only to create it somewhere else however.

i have the 2002 f150 2wd, 4.6L. i put a 3 inch body lift and a 2 inch leveling in the front. i have 35inch pro comp all terrains on my stock rims. i knew i shouldnt put them on stock rims but i did untill i could find out what kind of wheel i needed. the tires rub on the frame and another bar that i would guess would be like a sway bar?? it connects to each controll arm and connects them...
