I have noticed that my moto metal 951 have blemishes (that I didn't notice when I bought them) where the "fan blades" meet the dish of the rims. Are these stress marks or what? Has anyone else had any similar problems? I will post pictures soon but I have had chrome wheels on every vehicle that I've owned and this is the first time I have noticed this problem.

Weird. I would suspect a defect in the chrome finish from what you describe.

 

i looked on my wheels earlier but didn't notice anything. they are 18s
