max tire size on aftermarket wheel

im looking to get the mickey thompson baja mtz (anyone have any reviews?) with the mickey thompson classic 2 or classic lock rims. my question is, without any leveling kit or lift kit, what is the max tire size i can put on a 17" rim without rubbing. i was looking at the 315/70/r17? i do not want to raise/level the truck as it is leases. i have a 2007 Harley Davidson Edition All Wheel Drive. i have read 10 pages so far and im more confused then before i started. any help is appreciated, thanks.

u mite be able to squeeze 33's under there...
but you will not fit 315/70/17 as 35's are rele tight fit using oem rims.

is your truck 4x4?
if it is you could fit 315's under there with a leveling kit and 17x8 rims with around 5.5" backspacing

my truck is All Wheel Drive, so 4x4 all the time pretty much. so without a leveling kit, can i fit 305/70/r17? i really want to go as big as i can without any leveling, thanks.

On the 17" wheels you probably can fit a 285 or 295 tire at stock height, a 305 or 315 you would need to level the truck.

Yeah, stick with a 33 inch tire. Also, your bolt pattern is 6x135mm, not 6x5.5 inches.
