Looking to get Off road tires for my F-150. can i fit 285/70-17 on the stock rims without any mods? can i go bigger? Here is my truck now with the tiny tires...

You won't get that exact look, but I'd suggest adding a leveling kit and some 325/60-18 tires on 18x9 inch wheels.

Not certain if this link provides you with the answers you're looking for, however I've found it helpful when trying to determine the proper circumference when changing up wheel sizes.

I say just go with 285/70/17 and you wont regret the ride or look.

That red Toyota Hilux (Tacoma) was modified for the Top Gear episode where they went to the North Pole.

That's extreme tire for an extreme condition, they may look cool, but too impractical for civilian duty.
