My Pirellis

I am encountering the overnight flat spotting on my Pirelli Scorpion ATRs, but it goes away pretty quickly. I've read that changing the tire pressure a bit upwards can help this. What PSI do you all run in these 275/55/20s for the best all around driving (fuel mileage, tire wear, less flat spotting, etc.) Thanks!!

Besides that, I really don't have any complaints with them yet. I drove my truck (a Supercab FX2 w/5.4) in the snow for the first time last week and it didn't do bad. At least it was better than my previous 2wd Ranger.

I run the recommended 35 psi. I have the same issue with flat spotting though. They are horrible tires and will be buying new 33 Nitto TG's!

I feel fortunate. I bought the same tires on Thursday. It has been 39 degrees at the warmest and I have not had the flat spot problems yet. Is this something that happens only when it gets down in to the teens?

No, mine do it whenever. I bought the truck new in October so temps have ranged from the 70s to the 20s. Doesn't seem to be any better or worse with colder temps.

So I'm not the only one!

If my truck sits for more than a day, it will have the flat spots for about five minutes of driving. I have the tires at 35 PSI. The truck is two months old and has been in temps from 70 to 0. The only ryhme or reason is sitting for more than a day.
