I think it depends on the tire and what the white letters look like. BFG A/T look great along with GY wranger mt/'s. But I think those coninental ameritrac whatever that comes on new stock trucks look terrible.

Heres mine, I like the look of the white letters out on mine... but i normaly go black

 

with all the idiots that live near me i like the white out so they can read what kind of tire i have instead of having them always come up to ask me. i dont like the outlined letters, i like the solid white letters. blackwalls look to plain and make the truck look too dark in my opinion.

You want opinions. I believe that you need advice...grow a set, since they have not dropped. If they have dropped, and are cut off...search your dads closet, and steal the back. Take back what is rightfully yours...so that you can be a man...make a decision, and stand by it.

Asking for opinions it stupid! Following them is even dumber! Its like asking someone what you should do about your girfriend without them knowing every single detail. It is your life...do what you want to!

If you are asking someone a technical question...I can understand you being upset with my screwing with your head. You are not asking a tech question like "how do I install a supercharger, or does a certain tire fit, and is it dangerous to install them? You ask "white, in or out?" Who cares what others think? What do you like best?

You are asking for others opinions so that you can blame others if in the end you do not like their choice. Whatever you go with...you liked them both, how it that going to bring the world to a crashing halt if you are somewhat dissatisfied with them down the road? Is either color going to affect your like adversely?

I said put each tire the opposite color lettering...yeah it was a stupid answer! Stupid questions require stupid answers to enlighten the person of the absurdity in asking the question. Even the question of what color truck to get is not absurd. There are pros and cons to each concering what region you live, and how devoted you are to caring for the paint.

Final answer to you question. Get a sack, and choose for yourself...

Oh yeah, for the record, I like white out. I bought a new set of tires for a 20 year old camper trailer that was gonna sit another twenty at another deer lease. Why did I go with the whitewalls on the outside? I thought it made it look classy! LMFAO

I just cosigned a sale of new truck for my son and I told the dealer I would not sign it for his FX4 unless they had tires black out !!!!!!!

They thought I was joking till I got up from sales desk to walk out...

 

Since yall aint paying half I would either flip an coin wit Dad or run em white out for a year then flip em so Dad felt good about half his money in your truck.

Wish my Dad had just thought about buying me a truck...or any vehicle...

Black Out! The only tires I ever ran with whites out were BFG"s on my first truck....there was just something about those letters.....until they turned pink from Oklahoma red clay!

 

White letters OUT... i love white lettering.
