Hi guys,

I too am considering a leveling kit to make room for bigger tires.

I would like to know if the 35 km2's will fit the stock FX4 wheel, without any safety problems/issues????.....I did some research and found the KM2's are to be mounted on 8.5" width wheels....the FX4 stock wheel has a 7.5" width. But as I see in some of the pictures posted on this thread, the KM2 tires have been mounted on the Stock wheels.

I am running 305/65R18 BFG All terrains (34x12 R18) I can make them scrub if I am trying, other than that these are fine. I have heard of the 35 KM2 fitting with the 2.5" level kit but I would be worried about the CV joints because mine will rub a little now if I am in a bind.

 

thats a nice looking truck one of my friends has an 04 the same color but it dosent look near as nice

That's a nice setup you got there.....My uncle will flip when I show him the pic....he's got the same truck (year and colour), only his is almost stock-magnaflow exhaust and rear window decal-. My previous truck was a 97 F150. When he got his FX4 I knew I had to have one too....Now i got a 08 FX4 supercrew (black)...Waiting for summer to roll around so I can start my mods too..... I will be posting pics on this site soon....
