Quick Tire Decision

I have to replace the factory Pirelli Tires due to the side walls cracking at 32,500 miles. The local discount tire will give me a credit for the treadwear remaining. I was planning to do a leveling kit next year, so I have to decide which tire to use in the meantime. 275/60-R20 in either Silent Armor or Zeon LTX. Another option is the Nitto A/T P275/60-R20. The BFG's seem to expensive for my purposes. My driving is 50% highway & 50% city. I like the look of an A/T and I do work on construction sites, so traction is important. Do these tire sizes seem ok without a leveling kit or can I go a little bigger? Any opinions would be helpful. Thank you! Will my mpg change (currently 13.4)? (I have searched, but could not find a good answer.)
