I just installed a 6" fabtech on my 98 f150 4x4. i am now looking at tires. i have narrowed it down to two. the Nitto Mud Grappler 35x12.5 or the Mickey thompson claws 35x12.5. please give me some opinions.

Mickey Thompson Baja Claws.. they look great will out last the graps and perform equal offroad...only down side to the claws is that they are directional tread.. this limits how many different was you can rotate them and in an offroad situation you wont get any bite trying to use reverse.

the mud grapplers use alot of weight to balance and the wear unevenly, and loud! so are the claws!

id go claws hands down.

But for one opinion go take a look at the Procom Xterrain they look similair to the claws with the same characteristics but will last longer.

better choices would be BFG KM2, ProComp Extreme M/T, ProComp Xterrain, Toyo M/T, Cooper STT,Maxxis Buckshot, Maxxis Bighorn.

in that order but all will perform equalt to the Mud graps or the claws and will last longer!
