I would say they are real take-offs. As a matter of fact I have a set of FX4 rims in the garage I can never use again too!

There are a lot of them out there due to the fact that a lot of us are either just changing the rims and tires to be different or installing lifts and larger wheels and tires.

Just make sure the e-bay seller is reputable and go for it.

I would check craigslis.com in your area before you bought on ebay. Better pricing. Just an observation.

I never understood why people would buy aftermarket OEM wheels? If your gonna spend the $$$ get something original that makes your truck look unique!

Lets say one may have bought the base model Ford w/o any options. Take-offs from a Lariat might make the truck look better, and come with low mileage tires. Aftermarket rims do look nice. But I have seen ALOT of them look as if they were purchased at Auto Zone...

I have OEM wheels. Why? Nobody will steal them. Aftermarket bling creates a high profile vehicle which is more attractive to thieves and traffic cops. Unless an aftermarket wheel is able to add horsepower, I don't want it.

But back to the subject, the main drawback to purchasing would be to pay for the shipping. How much weight are we talking about here?

Look on Craigslist.com before Ebay...you can pick them up locally, and save a ton on shipping, and see before you buy. If you have no experience with Craigslist.com, PM me and we can talk over the phone.
